Not as we expected at all Negative: Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was extremely disappointing and far below what was advertised. The apartment we entered was not as shown in the booking photos. Several issues were immediately noticeable. The curtains in both the living room and the second bedroom were torn along the sides. The hallway bathroom was in poor condition, with sections of the walls unfinished and the cement visibly exposed. The water heater was also not working when we needed to shower. We contacted the WhatsApp support number and were told that a technician would come in the morning. When the technician arrived, they found that the plug for the water heater was not working. There was also a small area advertised as a gaming room. Unfortunately, the PlayStation 4 was not working, and the wiring in that area was in terrible condition, with cables and equipment left disorganized and exposed. We were also told during the booking process that a crib would be provided for our child. We had to assemble it ourselves, only to discover that it was broken on one side. We immediately informed the WhatsApp support team, but instead of resolving the issue, they sent us an instructional video showing how to assemble it. We followed the instructions, but the crib was still broken and remained unusable throughout the night while our child slept. The cleanliness and condition of the bedding were another major concern. The bed sheets, blankets, and pillows did not appear to be properly cleaned, and after sleeping on them, we experienced itchy skin the following day. In the bedroom near the hallway, the mattress was also extremely uncomfortable, with the springs clearly noticeable when lying down. The air conditioning was another issue. It did not seem to cool below 23°C, so we had to sleep without blankets just to remain comfortable. Overall, we had booked the apartment for three nights but could only stay for one night because the experience was so unpleasant. We decided to leave

Positive: The location was good and the apartment is clean Negative: The communication was bad with the staff and the rules was taffy ! And the maid for the cleaning from early morning 9 am! She was trying to open the door with loudly noise then we open the door and she said she think no one here !!!!!!!!!!!And my kids was wake up and they was in shocked!! And they know out check out will be 11 !!! Then we saw her setting near apartment door we secured and feel bad about that so we left before 11 . We was sleeping in morning and feeling good day but it was not! And when will communicate with customer service in platform, they said we apologize! It is not acceptable..

Planning for next stay in the same property. Very homie and relax. Positive: Staff are really helpful, before we reach the property we have been assisted via constant email and calls / watsapp. A very exclusive feeling because the place is not crowded, always peaceful and respected with all guests. I like the pool water temperature, the lifeguard is helpful. The house is designed to relax, a family stay. Interiors are fantastic. Negative: None.
