Positive: لا شي Negative: كون المكان مختلط بمن يملك الشقق ومن هو مستأجر دائم ومن هو مستأجر ليوم او يومين حيث هذا الاختلاف يولد نوع من التعقيدات يختلف عن حجز في الفنادق المعتادة بوجود جهة واحدة مسؤولة عن المكان . وكثرة التعقيدات اثناء الحجز بإرسال هويات الأشخاص ودفع التامين وإرسال نوع المركبة وأرقام اللوحات وغيره. وآلية الدخول والخروج حيث لا يوجد بطاقة للغرف ولا لموقف السيارات والتقيد بموقف لسيارة واحدة فقط وجود اعطال في خزانة الملابس والحمام جودة الأثاث ليست بالمستوى المطلوب( الستائر، كنب الصالة

Improvement needed Positive: Canal view from balcony Negative: 1) Lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Apartment had visible dirt/sand/dust in carpets, windows and multiple areas. Houseflies were present during the stay. 2) Several items/equipments inside the apartment were broken/nonfunctional like lights, washroom door, wash basin. 3) Missing Access card upon check-in and could not be provided even after two days of follow up with staff.

Overall, we had an excellent experience in this apartment, as it met most of our expectations. Positive: The apartment is very conveniently located near Carrefour, right next to the building entrance. with nice view to the canal. The east-facing balcony avoids the afternoon sun, which makes it very comfortable. The underground parking has direct access to the building lift, making it easy to carry luggage. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furniture is very comfortable. The mattresses are of good quality, and the sheets and pillows are very clean and feel pleasant. Negative: The mattress could be improved for greater comfort. Additionally, the blackout in the main room could be enhanced, as my wife is very sensitive to sunlight.
