Positive: The location is very convenient .
The compound is very secured and quiet.
The villa is spacious and three of us could park our cars easily .
The host was very fast responsive 24/7 .
The mall is 6 mins away and all apps deliver to the location.
Negative: Some details require mentainance like curtains in one of the rooms.
Some shelves in the rooms are almost falling off.
The drainage in 2 bathrooms requires fixing .
It would be great if there is house keeping service for long stays.
